High-End Brass Table by Mercier Freres

This high-end/luxury table was made by French design studio Mercier Frères for the Italian distributor Liwan’s in the 1970s. The frame is made of  brass and contains a dark brown glass table top. This design with its stepped architecture-like forms reminds of the Art Deco period as well as the premium materials which are typical to the 1970s.

French design studio and furniture manufacturer Mercier Freres was founded in Paris in the late 19th century. It became one of France’s most famous manufactures during the 70s.
